Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
Agreement
These terms apply when you create an account or use Corvin. If you use the service for a firm, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that workplace.
The service
Corvin is software for managing clients, cases, documents, events, and team access. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not replace your professional judgment or your duties to clients and courts.
Accounts and workplaces
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for the people you invite into your workplace. Workplace owners and admins control roles and access. Keep account details accurate, and tell the operator if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of the clients, cases, documents, and other material you store in Corvin. You give the operator permission to host, back up, and process that material only so the service can run for your workplace. You are responsible for having the right to store what you upload, including client and court information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to access another workplace, interfering with the service, uploading malware, or using Corvin in a way that breaks the law or your professional obligations. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the information you put in the product.
Integrations
Optional connections, such as Google Calendar, stay off until someone in your workplace turns them on. Those services have their own terms. You can disconnect them from the team settings.
Availability and changes
Corvin is provided as available. Features may change, and access may be suspended to protect the service, other users, or to respond to misuse. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page will change when they are. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can go to the administrator of your firm or the operator of the Corvin deployment you use.
